Since the product(s) will be embroidered with your custom text, which means they are personalized, a

  • return/refund or
  • exchange

is not possibleunless you received a damaged, mislabeled, misproduced or wrong product. In that case please just contact us immediately and we'll take care!

Note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us and us approving your reasons will not be accepted.
